We have provided food safety training and health and safety courses for over 25 years and have always been leaders in this field.

We offer food safety training and health and safety courses from the CIEH (we are a Premium Centre), HABC, RSPH as well as our own bespoke food safety and health and safety courses. From Level 2 (the old Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or Foundation Food Hygiene Certificate) to Level 4 and even CPD training for EHOs – we can match your needs.

Our tutors have extensive knowledge of food safety and health and safety. Using various training methods including accelerated learning in all our food safety and health and safety courses, we tap into the long-term memory so messages are more likely to be retained and applied in the workplace.

Whilst we run open food safety training and health and safety courses throughout the year our speciality is to develop training courses to match clients’ food safety management systems.

Level 3 food safety training courses are particularly effective for supervisors and managers, empowering them to implement in-house systems effectively. Using examples of real working practice, we work through typical “what if” scenarios to help build confidence and make a real difference to food safety.

• For non-certificated courses, certificates of attendance are provided.
