Hello! I'm a Principal Consultant and Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner. After several years as a catering manager I moved to the 'dark side' (13 years in local authority enforcement). Fortunately, Hygiene Audit Systems showed me the 'light' and I now provide technical advice, develop policies, monitor trends and challenge unfair enforcement decisions. I like to think that my background helps me to better understand the problems faced by food businesses and to provide practical solutions - why not give me a try? (...oo-er missus!)
