Hello! I'm a HO Consultant and Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner. Formerly a hospitality graduate from Sheffield Polytechnic, I worked for several years as a hotel, restaurant and a pub manager I moved into enforcement in 1992 where I stayed for 13 years before joining Hygiene Audit Systems. I provide technical advice, develop policies, monitor trends and challenge unfair enforcement decisions. I think that my background helps me to better understand the problems faced by food businesses and to provide practical solutions to complying with the law.
