Hygiene Audit Systems is pleased to offer our ALL NEW advanced food safety update course. This one day course is suitable for those with a level 4/advanced certificate or similar. The unique interactive workshop covers the latest developments in food safety and in particular:
- Scores on the doors schemes and the impending civil enforcement powers available to EHOs under RESA (Regulatory and Enforcement Sanctions Act)
- Latest food poisoning statistics, recent outbreaks and research findings on Campylobacter, Listeria, E.coli, Salmonella, Norovirus and Clostridium perfringens
- Food alert and Food Standards Agency incident procedures
- Interpreting micro-criteria guidelines and their role in HACCP
- Food allergy awareness
Although there is no exam, CPD certificates are issued.
