Objectives
- To provide delegates with a basic knowledge of food safety and HACCP. It is generally recognised as the national minimum standard for food handlers.
- The course can be fine-tuned to meet individual client requirements, so that delegates are taught how to follow the in-house food safety policy and hazard analysis. (For substantial changes, there may be a development charge).
Who should attend?
- Existing food handlers and new employees.
