Supply Chain - Case Studies

Client A had over 300 suppliers worldwide offering 3000 lines many had approval but the client still had safety issues but didn’t want to spend much more on approval. We collated all their approval documents and checked reports to ensure due diligence was covered. Using our bespoke database we were then able to produce monthly reports for the client to keep track of their suppliers without the headache

Client B already used us for supplier approval but wanted more information of risks of allergies. We were able to identify, with the supplier, all potential allergens so restaurant managers had details to hand.

Client C needed nutritional data to track the amount of sodium that went into each dish they created, we were also able to attach allergen details so the menu could give a risk rating to each dish served.

Client D had routine complaints of foreign bodies in their cakes, and were getting serious attention from the EHO, our experts undertook detailed investigations with the supplier. The issue were resolved leaving the EHO very impressed by our client’s management

Client E wanted to know which of their products contained Sudan one. With the specifications we already had in place attached to each product we were able to produce a report quickly so they could pull the products from their premises. Interestingly a lot of the suppliers were unaware that this was even in their products.

Client F wanted to find out more about their suppliers Environmental and Corporate Business Principals. We were able to develop and attached questionnaires to each supplier and collate the information to see if there were any failings.
