Scores on the Doors Schemes

Scores on the doors

Scores on the Doors (SOTD) is a scheme for rating food hygiene standards of food premises by local authority EHOs. The scheme aims to help consumers choose where they buy and eat food and encourage food businesses to improve hygiene standards. As customers become aware of Scores on the Doors – they will "eat with their feet" and go to places with higher - rather than lower scores!

A good score should be an advantage especially in the current economic climate

We can help you develop your standards to get the best possible score.

We can offer a variety of services from  low cost self-help options to on-site advice, coaching and writing documentation.
