Hi there! Iam Julia and I am the new girl on the block! I am an Environmental Health Practitioner and have been qualified for 12 years, gosh time flies when you are having fun!! Most of this time was spent working for Local Government but I spent a couple of years over in New Zealand working as a Food Technologist/Trainer for a large ingredients company so I do know what it is like on the "other side" with an enforcement officer breathing down your neck. Now, you will find me here at Hygiene Audit Systems and I provide technical advice, challenge unfair legal action, write reports and put my hand to anything else I am needed to do (within reason!).
