Hi there! I’m Julia and I’m the new girl on the block! I’m an Environmental Health Practitioner and have been qualified for 12 years – gosh time flies when you’re having fun!!  Most of this time was spent working for Local Government but I spent a couple of years over in New Zealand working as a Food Technologist/Trainer for a large ingredients company - so I do know what it is like on the ‘other side’ with an enforcement officer breathing down your neck!  Now, you’ll find me here at Hygiene Audit Systems and I provide technical advice, challenge unfair legal action, write reports and put my hand to anything else I am needed to do (within reason!).
