Furthermore, we aim to leave a legacy of food safety behind us, with managers briefed to cascade training to other staff and new-comers.

More recently, with our partners HACCPworks we have developed on-line food safety management systems that embrace new technology to make food safety control more co-ordinated, with records available with a click of a button.

Automatic data capture of refrigeration, cooling and cooking temperatures improves due diligence and accountability.

Using hand-held devices, clients can carry out goods receipt temperature and quality checks, cooking checks, cleaning monitoring and many other features.
