Due Diligence

A local authority asked one of our food safety consultants to assess whether a company had an adequate due diligence defence according to food safety laws. On examining the food safety policy and HACCP system, it became clear that the defence was inadequate and our food safety consultant provided a food safety expert report for the local authority.
