Donna O'Toole

Hello. I have been with Hygiene Audit Systems since August 2001. I started work as an admin assistant within the training department until moved to work as an admin assistant within data management where I learnt to design and develop our bespoke databases which are used for auditing, supply chain management, delegate results and time logging. I now oversee the data management team. I’m currently excited about the prospect of putting all my hard work on line and further development and programming within the databases, not bad considering I only really knew how to turn the computer on and type out a letter on word (in no particular format) when I first started.
My work covers supply due diligence, allergen menu design, nutritional concept, product specification management, product movement, data analysis, query building, design and programming, data manipulation, non-conformance chasing and stress management :0)
My working week is Monday to Thursday
