Conditions of Booking
Payment should be made in full or on an official order received before commencement of the course. Any cancellations and postponements should be submitted in writing 14 days prior to the start of the course. For any cancellations or postponements made after this time, the full course fees for the booked course will be payable. Substitution of delegates is acceptable. If there are fewer than 5 delegates on a course, we reserve the right to postpone the course, in which case either a full refund will be given or alternative arrangements made.
